Featuring a total output of 850W at up to 70A, this power supply utilizes a single +12V rail. In addition to following an Intel ATX12V Version 2.31 form factor, the V850 Gold V2 is rated 80 PLUS Gold and delivers up to 93% efficiency at 50% load. Hold up time measures 17 ms, and the mean time between failures or MTBF lands at more than 100,000 hours.
The V850 Gold V2 PSU utilizes fully modular cables. In addition to 24-pin motherboard 8-pin CPU connectors, this power supply also provides six 8-pin PCIe and nine SATA connectors. Fans and other peripherals can be connected using four Molex or 4-pin interfaces, while a 4-pin floppy connector is also present. What’s more, this power supply sports over voltage, under voltage, over power, over temperature, and short circuit protections. Cables include motherboard and CPU cables, as well as three PCIe and three SATA cables, as well as two 4-pin peripheral cables.
